The National Catholic Young Adult Ministry Association is excited to provide your diocese, community, parish or staff with training, in-services and consultations to improve your outreach and ministry to young adults in their late teens, twenties, and thirties.

Our speakers are leaders in the field of Young Adult Ministry with a wide variety of practical experiences to draw from. Click here to read the bios of our speakers.

Our Ministry Consultation services include the "Start-Up Consultation" for dioceses, vicariates/deaneries or parishes interested in starting up a Young Adult Ministry Program; and a "Revitalization Consultation" for those interested in bringing life back to a failing or struggling Young Adult Ministry Program.

Both consultation services would involve an in depth pre-assessment. We will evaluate your particular situation based on a survey you fill out and several assessment conference calls. After approximately one month of pre-assessment, at least 2 NCYAMA leaders will join you for either 2 or 3 days for an in-depth training and plan implementation session. Both consultation services include a free 1 hour workshop on the topic of your choice
