Since February 2006, Paul Jarzembowski has assumed the duties of the Acting Executive Director during the association’s transition period. The Acting Director leads the transition team, oversees the daily operation of the organization, represents the association at conferences, seminars, and events, and is available for consultation work for dioceses, parishes, and organizations.

Paul works in collaboration with the NCYAMA Executive Board on various projects, especially in regards to the association’s transition plan:
